1. Abandon more than 4 outputs, develop single or two outputs, abandon high and high currents, and develop low currents.
The more output channels there are, the more complex it becomes. The cost of solving current interference between different outlets is high. If not solved, the failure rate is higher. In addition, the more output paths there are, the greater the total output current, and current is the main cause of heating. The voltage itself does not directly cause heating. Simply put, the heat generated is proportional to the square of the current. Intelligent control has the most mature conditions and obvious effects in the application of LED street lights and LED tunnel lights. Intelligent control can achieve stepless control of lamp power at different time periods based on road traffic density, meeting application requirements and achieving huge energy-saving effects, which can save a lot of funds for road management units. The application of tunnel lighting not only saves energy, but also automatically adjusts the brightness of tunnel entrances and exits according to the brightness outside the tunnel, providing drivers with a visual transition stage to ensure driving safety.
3. Abandon high-power and ultra high power, and choose medium and small power sources with higher stability.
Because the higher the power, the greater the heat generated, and the more compact the components inside, it is not conducive to heat dissipation, and temperature is the culprit for power failure. How to reasonably dissipate these two types of heat sources is a problem that lighting fixture design engineers must consider.
